My Husband and I would like to thank you for the superb job you have done for us. We are very pleased with the result they look like new chairs again.
You have kept us informed all the time how things were going and we would certainly recommend you . Cannot sign off with out mentioning the driver who took the chairs and brought them back. Nothing was too much trouble for him he was so helpful and pleasant, do not know his name but tell him from us Thankyou so much.

We have just had our 2 and 3 seater Chesterfield sofas reconditioned and could not be happier with the results and service. John came to the house to give us a tailored quote and clearly explained the process that our tired, cracked sofas would go through to look good as new. A replacement suite was provided although the majority of work done whilst we were away and thoughtfully delivered back the day we returned from holiday. The sofas look amazing it's like having a new suite and will hopefully last us another 30 plus years.
I was very nervous about the whole process but I could not recommended buffalo enough.

I had my 2 seater and 3 seater sofa,s refurbished, which were sent to their workshop, during the time I was loaned a sofa, they could not have cared for me any better Their workmanship of the refurbishment was first class and all my instructions followed, deliver person were fabulous, and very helpful, a credit to the team, I strongly recommending this company for excellent product, manners, caring and workmanship

I cannot praise the level of service offered by this company too highly. Our suite was dismantled on Thursday 26th march 2015, repaired and returned to us today Friday 27th. Add to that the professional and courteous staff and you have a recipe for a great business. I would recommend Buffalo to anyone.

We had a good quality leather 3 piece suite that we had re-upholstered in fabric to match our new colour-scheme. Buffalo were extremely helpful, professional and friendly, going above and beyond the call of duty with their service. We love our "new" furniture.
